[N9H30] Make a file browser to decode BMP / JPEG through USB pen drive

Sample code brief: Make a file browser to access USB pen drive and decode selected BMP or JPEG file
IDE and tool-chain: Keil professional and ARMCC5
Limitation:
1. This sample utilizes FatFs to find files and directories, hence, please to enable "#define _USE_FIND        1", or we may encounter build fail, the path is in \N9H30_emWin_NonOS-master\ThirdParty\FATFS\src\ffconf.h
2. There may have compatibility issue when utilize other brands USB pen drive

Please note that to run the sample code we need to download the latest version of N9H30 BSP from OpenNuvoton.
